PROBLEM OF GETTING THE DESIRED JOB 

In today's scenario, finding the desired job is a dream for many people especially for youth. Many people among us want to do the job but they are unable to find an employment opportunity. The case is not that there are no jobs available for the youth but it is that the job requirements don't match with their educational qualification. The problem of unemployment is getting bigger in a country like India. For young people, it is their dream to get a job in hand after completing their education either by campus placement or by offline interviews. many people want to work in the government sector also. 

Unemployment is a situation when a person who is willing to work at an existing wage rate cannot find the job.

Nowadays, the situation has worsened due to the outbreak of coronavirus. Many people have lost their jobs. Its greater impact can be seen on daily wage workers. it has worsened the condition of the economy. Many small scale industries have already been closed. Many of the companies have fired many people because of a lack of finance and resources. It has also played a contribution to the increase in unemployment in the country. 

The unemployment of the people leads to many problems such as poverty, poor living standard, population growth, etc. In the present scenario, unemployment has become the greatest problem for the growth of the economy.

so the hunt for employment will be more in the future. The government needs to set up various small scale industries and medium scale industries for providing employment to the people.

when we are talking about the condition of the country due to unemployment, in such cases the rural unemployment can not be ignored. The rural area of the country is particularly backward in terms of employment. in villages mostly people are dependent upon agricultural activities. those who are not engaged in agriculture migrate to cities to find jobs. but the scenario in the urban area is also not very good. those people who migrate from villages to cities work as a daily wage earner in factories to support their family. There is a tendency of brain drain is going on with the urban people. Due to a lack of employment opportunities for youth, they are migrating to other countries to find better job options and to raise the living standard. In some states of the country , after completing their higher secondary education or graduation, youth starts to get their visa done by various agencies to migrate or to settle in other countries. Reducing the problem of unemployment is a difficult and challenging task for the government as well as for the industrialist. 

As the number of educated persons is increasing in the country, the problem of unemployment among educated persons are more. also, the professionalist, technicians, and other qualified people get frustrated when they do not find the jobs of their choice. In some studies, it is found that unemployment among the highly educated is more than the labor class people. labor class people are still engaged in various small jobs in many factories but educated people cannot find the required jobs that can match their educational qualifications.

unemployment is of many types such as disguised unemployment, seasonal unemployment, frictional unemployment, and more. normally in a rural area, there is a problem of disguised unemployment and seasonal unemployment.

This problem of unemployment is increasing day by day because of the lack of resources, finance, and various other problems. There is no doubt that the government is launching  various programs for the people so that they can get employment but there is a need to do more. There is a need to create such type of job opportunities that can match perfectly with the educational qualification of the people.

It is necessary for the government as well as for the employment provider to anticipate the situation and to create job opportunities for people so that the problem of unemployment can be solved. Also the problem of getting desired jobs by youth can be solved if they are provided with proper training regarding their jobs. Many online job opportunities can be created for young minds. This will help in getting them jobs and will be proved beneficial for economy.
